Snap Lock, Inc. provides a unique feature of three duty series options for every quote given. This is a way to provide every customer with the perfect conveyor match based on application and cost. Please make selections on: Product application, environment severity, series features and cost. All of the duty series are based on SNAP LOCK's unique patented conveyor design and made with high quality materials. All duties are compatible.

Heavy Duty Conveyor

• Side Panel: ¼ inch material thickness
• Side Rails: ¾ inch UHMW material thickness
  
• Removable/ Adjustable side rail is standard
  
• Belt Support: ¾ inch material thickness
• Support Frame: Square Tube option/ Channel option
• Welded Option: Available upon Request

 

Medium Duty Conveyor

• Side Panel: 10 Gauge material thickness
• Side Rails: ½ inch UHMW material thickness
  
• Removable/ Adjustable side rail is standard
  
• Belt Support: ½ inch material thickness
• Support Frame: Square Tube option/ Channel option
• Welded Option: Available upon Request

 

Light Duty Conveyor

• Side Panel / Side Rails: 14 Gauge material thickness
