Bolted Conveyor:
To utilize our complete modular benefits, we recommend our Snap Lock Bolted Conveyor. Snap Lock's standard bolt is a hex cap. Other bolts are available upon request. We can also install tube sleeves to offer more extensive sanitation based on application.
Welded Conveyor:
For Ready-to-Eat applications, we recommend our Snap Lock Welded Conveyor. Snap Lock's standard weld finish is a full weld ripple remaining and glass beaded to remove discoloration. Other weld finishes are available upon request or based on application (such as polished to #4 finish).
Materials:
Snap Lock's standard materials are 304/303 Stainless steel and UHMW food grade plastic. Other materials are available as a special order such as: Carbon steel painted, Aluminum painted or anodized, and other various grades of stainless steel.
Material finish:
Snap Lock's standard stainless steel finish is Glass bead and Mill with others available upon request or based on application (such as grind to #4 finish for dairy application).
Conveyor Belting:
Snap Lock is able to accommodate a variety of conveyor belting options based on the specific application such as plastic modular, thermo drive, fabric, or wire belting. Gearboxes:
The Snap Lock Gearbox has a stainless steel 1.25 inch bore with stainless steel external screws. The gearboxes have a superior chip resistant finish specifically for food or washdown applications. Nose Bars:
Snap Lock's patented Nose Bar is made from UHMW food grade plastic. They are offered in a 1-inch, 2-inch, and 4-inch pitch (depending on the belt ). Customers can choose various lengths to complete perfect transfer points.
